Our Story
15+ years building New Jersey, one detail at a time.
What began as a small masonry crew has grown into a full-service design-build firm serving homeowners across New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Through every expansion, our standard hasn't changed: show up early, build it right, and leave the site cleaner than we found it.
Today we self-perform concrete, masonry, paving and additions, while our in-house design studio handles everything from feasibility sketches to permit-ready drawing sets. One team. One number to call. One signature on the final walkthrough.

The Founder
A licensed architect & NJIT graduate at the helm.
Our founder earned his architecture degree from the New Jersey Institute of Technology and is a licensed architect. That academic rigor and design discipline now informs every Vasquez project — from how a footing meets a foundation to how a second-story addition reads from the curb.
